Before teaming up with our firm, Deborah was of counsel with Jackson Lewis L.L.P., a national employment defense firm, Jackson Lewis, LLP with 750 attorneys in 25 offices. At Jackson Lewis L.L.P. Ms. Frimmel represented mostly Fortune 500 corporations. Her practice included representing employers regarding all aspects of employment and labor law. Prior to Jackson Lewis, Deborah was an employment and labor law attorney with another firm, Holland & Knight, LLP, a firm with nearly 1000 attorneys nationwide.
During her years of practice, Ms. Frimmel has provided pro bono legal services to numerous underprivileged children in the Orlando area as a Guardian Ad Litem and has been recognized by the Orange County Legal Aid Society for her dedication in representing Central Florida’s children in times of crisis.
Ms. Frimmel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with high honors from Villanova University, Philadelphia, Pa. in 1990 and received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1996. While attending law school, she was an active member of the Moot Court Team and served as Law Clerk to General Counsel and Labor and Employment Counsel at Coulter Corporation (now Beckman Coulter) in Miami, Florida.
