In his first 25 years in business, John was involved in the construction industry throughout Florida. For 3 years he was involved in industries both nationally and throughout the world. He has served as a consultant and expert witness for construction litigation and arbitration cases and as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association to resolve construction disputes. He is licensed with the State of Florida as a Certified General Contractor, Certified Plumbing Contractor and Registered Building Inspector.
Prior to joining the KM Jackson Law Firm, John owned his own construction company, where he led the company in development, management and construction. He is a specialist in effective business marketing and advertising, program management, construction management and project management. His many years in business have provided him with a respected and well-known reputation within the design, construction and development community, both in private and public sectors, and have earned him respect among federal, state, county and municipal government officials, regulatory commissions and agencies, owners, contractors and material men. John is experienced in industrial, commercial and residential construction of such projects as hotels, restaurants, condominiums, shopping centers, warehouses, court houses, medical facilities, office buildings and custom homes. He has worked on such notable projects as the Orange County Court House, Hardrock Café’s worldwide, Planet Hollywood’s worldwide, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Orlando Florida, Muppet Theater, restaurant and merchandising at Walt Disney’s MGM Studio Florida and many more.
